Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your appointment which will be subtracted from the full amount of the treatment on the day.

Skin Condition

The eyebrow area must be healthy and non-irritated. If you have any open sores, large raw pimples, or the skin is very dry, cracked and sore, we will have to turn you away on the treatment day and you will lose your deposit. If you are not sure, please book in for a Free Consultation with Rebekah and she will be happy to advise.

Restrictions for getting these treatments

Anyone under 18 . Currently pregnant or breast feeding . Hemophilia (bleed severely) . Diabetes . Keloids / hypertrophic scarring / healing problems . Hepatitis A,B,C,D,E . Eczema / Psoriasis / Rosacea over the brow . Infectious diseases / high fever . Acne medication . Blood thinning medication . HIV . Epilepsy . Undergone any surgery in the last 14days 

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled only once if given at least 72hrs notice from your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your new date. If you wish to reschedule a second time, another non-refundable deposit will be required.

However any changes made within the 72hrs of your appointment time will require a second deposit for late rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with at least 72hrs notice no further charges will be applied. However if you cancel within 72hrs of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment price for late cancellation

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
